I did notice HTL missing the M & I would reduce the tracking on Berger but that's really a personal preference thing.

I think the section headers in the other version get blended into the text, and you don't need to worry about them taking away the focus on your name. Your name is plenty big to draw the main focus (plus all of the focus lines in the composition lead to your name, so they will keep coming back to that for second and third looks.) I do think the leading on your name is better in the revision though. It reads better.
Anyway, nice resume. It looks really good. I'm envious.
